Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies to drive customer engagement and market share.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Planning and managing the implementation of brand marketing activities
  • Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
  • Managing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing activities.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver the innovation pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:
  • Proven experience within a Food or Drink FMCG Business or within the Hot Beverage space
  • Demonstrable analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets & the P&L
  • A strong commercial acumen is essential
  • A strong understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing or a related field.

Job Offer
