If you are a proven Bid Manager with a track record of winning commercial contracts, this position offers the autonomy and strategic influence you are looking for.

  • Driving bid strategy and developing innovative win themes for major commercial projects.
  • Leading the entire bid process, from initial opportunity qualification through to tender submission and negotiation.
  • Managing and mentoring bid teams to produce high-quality, persuasive tender documents.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients and consultants during the procurement process.
  • Converting second-stage and framework opportunities into live, contracted projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Essential experience as a Bid Manager within a Tier 1 main contracting environment.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully securing large-scale commercial projects (e.g., offices, mixed-use developments, retail, leisure).
  • Expert knowledge of modern procurement routes, particularly public sector frameworks and two-stage tenders.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • A degree-level qualification in a construction-related discipline is highly desirable.
What You'll Get in Return
  • You will be joining a forward-thinking company dedicated to professional growth and employee well-being. On offer is a highly competitive package, including:
  • Excellent Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum.
  • Comprehensive Package: £6,700 car allowance, annual bonus, and enhanced matched pension.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Private healthcare, life assurance, and generous annual leave.
  • Flexibility: A firm commitment to hybrid and flexible working to support a healthy work-life balance.
