Overview

We\'re looking for a confident, motivated Senior Beauty Therapist to join our high-performing team at a leading advanced skincare and beauty clinic in County Durham. This is your opportunity to work in a 5-star environment where your skills, leadership, and client care will truly shine.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional, advanced beauty treatments in line with clinic protocols
• Providing flawless 5-star customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalised, luxury experience
• Acting as a role model to the team, demonstrating outstanding standards in hygiene, professionalism, and performance
• Driving treatment and retail sales, supporting the salon in hitting and exceeding KPIs
• Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and 100% client retention

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (Essential)
• Laser, CACI and Microneedling experience preferred (but not essential, training can be provided)
• Proven experience in delivering high-end treatments and retailing skincare confidently
• Strong team-player attitude and excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and unwavering client focus
