Senior Automotive Service Advisor – OTE up to £38,000!

Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

Eastbourne Area

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and customer-focused professional to take the lead of a small front-of-house team within a well-established commercial vehicle dealer.

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary up to £32,000, plus an OTE bonus of £6,000 per annum paid monthly, alongside sociable working hours of 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday (contracted Saturdays, but these haven’t been worked in 5 years)

Clear progression route into management

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of two front-of-house staff
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Driving up selling opportunities to maximise revenue
• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role
• Strong people management and motivational skills
• A proactive approach to customer service and upselling
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A desire to progress into a management-level position
