• Proven Commercial experience in Audio Hardware Engineering.
• Experience working with speaker systems and amplifiers.
• Sound understanding of audio DSP implementation.
• Sound understanding of Microphone/microphone array technologies.
• Commercial experience in designing and developing consumer level (or higher) audio subsystems.

We are looking for a Senior Audio Engineering Lead to design and implement audio systems for our Sky Glass TV Product.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define solution strategies, ensuring alignment across project goals and technical requirements.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects as a technical audio hardware architect, driving innovation and hands-on development of audio systems.
• Monitor and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system architecture, while mentoring team members in relevant tools and methodologies.
• Support the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery, including planning and implementing quality control strategies for production.
• Develop and test audio hardware performance, create prototypes for new technologies, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Present and defend architectural and technical decisions, contributing to cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

This location takes some beating: we're practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there's some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
