You’ll work on complex and high-value issues including estate and succession planning, trusts, tax structuring, probate, and wealth preservation.You’ll play a central role in managing client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions, and contributing to the strategic growth of our Private Wealth practice. Whether advising entrepreneurs, landowners, family offices, or international families, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers clear, commercially focused advice.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Advise on estate and succession planning, including wills, lifetime gifts, and family governance
  • Manage complex probate and estate administration matters
  • Work closely with clients who own rural estates, business assets
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated advice, particularly in tax, real estate, and corporate matters
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development and the strength of the team
  • Engage in business development and networking to grow your profile and the firm’s presence in the region
