Senior / Associate Building Surveyor – Manchester
Exciting opportunity with a leading property consultancy

A highly regarded and forward thinking consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Manchester. This firm has a strong reputation for delivering expert advice and technical excellence across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential and mixed use developments.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of significant projects, work closely with an established client base and progress your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

As a key member of the Building Surveying team, you will:

Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion.

Provide professional services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, condition surveys and refurbishment advice.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Mentor and support junior surveyors, helping to shape the next generation of talent.

Contribute to business development, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

MRICS qualified

Experienced across a broad range of Building Surveying services, ideally in a consultancy setting.

Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail.

A strong communicator with leadership potential.

Proactive, professional and client focused.
