This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex projects across Residential, Hospitality, Leisure and other sectors, and to play a key role in ensuring design intent is translated into outstanding technical delivery within a collaborative, forward‑thinking studio.

What you'll do :

Lead the technical development and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages, with a focus on detailed design and construction.

Oversee and mentor Junior Technologists and Architectural Staff, supporting their professional growth.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression and technical compliance.

Attend site visits and client meetings, representing the practice with professionalism and confidence.

What we're looking for :

CIAT Chartered Membership (MCIAT) or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in a senior technologist role.

Proficiency in Autodesk software (AutoCAD)

Excellent technical knowledge, with proven ability to lead projects through detailed design, tender, and delivery stages.

Strong communication skills : verbal, written, and presentation.
