Our client is a high-end Architects Practice based in Northamptonshire, with a firm foothold in the local and London market. Specialist in their fields working on high-end residential and high-end commercial projects, they offer full design, construction and technical services for unique building design.

Responsibilities

Job Opportunity:
As Senior Architectural Technician you will be responsible for leading and job running of major projects, assisting in turning around key development opportunities for a ready-and-waiting portfolio. You will be using your design acumen, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects, working with an experienced technical team.

Qualifications

Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have previous experience, relish the opportunity to provide excellent attention to detail, demonstrate strong technical ability and understand key project stages.

A Must:

  1. Strong software knowledge i.e. Proficient using AutoCAD minimum, others considered.
  2. Confident producing working drawings, full packages.
  3. Strong team work and leadership skills.
  4. Strong understanding and working through project life cycles.
  5. Excellent time management.
