Qualifications

• Proven ability to work on large-scale, detail-oriented projects.
• Experience in data centres, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or retail sectors.
• Experience in delivering large-scale or highly technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex data centres, commercial developments, and mission-critical schemes.
• Contribute to the development of high-performance projects across all RIBA stages.

Skills

Fully proficient in Revit

Fully proficient in AutoCAD

Strong technical knowledge of RIBA Stages 0–7

Excellent coordination skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

ARB registration or overseas qualified architect

Minimum 4 years Post-Part III experience for Architects

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience for Architectural Technologists
