Qualifications

• Experience in Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) & Medicine required.
• Previous clinical pharmacy practice in specialties including oncology, critical care, and transplant services.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary AMS ward rounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead antimicrobial stewardship across the pharmacy campus.
• Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and ensure follow-up of actions.
• Support training of junior pharmacists.
