A community health organization in Wakefield is seeking a Senior Administration Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support within the Integrated Sexual Health Service. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle public inquiries, and a commitment to healthcare equality. The position is part-time with a fixed-term contract offering between £24,937 and £26,598 per annum pro rata.
Senior Administration Assistant - Wakefield Sexual Health. Working within Integrated Sexual Health Service the Senior Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive high quality, confidential, administrative and clerical services to the senior management and clinical team. To be a point of contact for the sexual health team and external agencies. The post holder will be working a flexible shift pattern and may include covering duties of colleagues in their absence i.e., annual leave, sickness, possibly at short notice. The post involves a range of duties requiring good communication skills, an ability to work autonomously or as part of a busy team, an awareness of customer care and a flexible, adaptable and non-judgemental attitude. The post holder will be expected to undertake safeguarding training (Children and Adults) appropriate to their role and adhere to policies and procedures relevant to the area they work in and demonstrate commitment to the principles of Equality & Diversity and all Spectrum Values.
