• Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP environment.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence.
• A methodical and calm approach under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Leading smaller client projects and rearchitecting customer networks.
• Acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality technical delivery.
• Attending client sites when required.
