Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work where you can still make a difference? We are currently working with schools across the Biggleswade, Bedford and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long term positions. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children's safety and well-being.
  • Observing and recording children's progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.
Requirements
  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
