A recruitment agency for education staff is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in an inclusive primary school in Walthamstow. The role involves supporting young children with SEND in an EYFS class, providing tailored interventions to aid learning and development. Salary: £95.83 per day (Pay review at 12 weeks)

Connex Education is working in partnership with a large, inclusive mainstream primary school in Waltham Forest to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support Reception pupils with SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, and developmental delays. This role begins in December or January and is ideal for someone with a nurturing, patient approach who is passionate about supporting young children at an early stage of their learning journey. You will play a key role in helping pupils access early learning experiences, develop communication and social interaction skills, and build independence and confidence.
