Job summary

Through assessing individual learner’s strengths and areas for improvement, you can develop personalised learning plans to facilitate their progress. Moreover, your aim should be to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment to help them achieve their goals. Functional Skills Tutor Requirements

• Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
