Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs of each individual student.
Offer one-to-one and small group support, encouraging independence and confidence in students.
Provide personal care when required, ensuring the comfort and safety of students at all times.
Support students with daily tasks, including toileting and feeding, where necessary.
Help manage behaviour in a calm and supportive manner, ensuring all students feel safe and valued.

You must be comfortable with personal care responsibilities as part of the role, including assisting with toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
A proactive, flexible attitude is a key trait. We need someone who can take the initiative, whether it's stepping in to support a student in need, adapting lessons on the spot, or finding creative solutions to challenges.
Strong communication skills are essential, especially the ability to effectively communicate with children, staff, and parents.
Ability to be calm under pressure, using patience and understanding to support students with varying needs.
You must be willing to work full-time, Monday to Friday, providing consistent support to the students and school community.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay of £90 - £105 per day, depending on experience.
A full-time, Monday to Friday position, working within a supportive and dedicated team.
The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN, working in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
