Are you a compassionate, patient and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support a range of primary and secondary schools.

About the Role

As a Supply SEN TA, you will :

  • Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils with a variety of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored support and differentiated activities
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Adapt to different school settings and work well as part of a team
  • Promote independence, confidence and emotional well‑being in pupils
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school‑based or equivalent)
  • A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour‑management skills
  • Flexibility and reliability—able to work across different schools when needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications (TA Level 2 / 3, SEN training) are desirable but not essential
