Salary: £90 - £115 per day (PAYE, DOE)

Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Primary ARP, Barnet

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a passionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Barnet from September 2025, working within their Additional Resource Provision (ARP).

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD and SEMH, who is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND

  • Assist with adapted learning and behaviour strategies

  • Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff

  • Encourage independence, social skills and confidence

Requirements
