Are you a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher or Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently recruiting talented SEN teachers and Teaching Assistants for schools across the Chesterfield area with an immediate start.

About the Role

You will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The role involves:

  • Delivering and supporting tailored lessons and support plans
  • Working closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
  • Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent TA qualification
  • Experience or strong interest in Special Educational Needs education
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Driving Licence essential
