Adaptability: The ability to support a variety of subjects and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with teenagers while maintaining professional boundaries.
Resilience: A firm but fair approach to managing challenging behaviours or emotional outbursts.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or experience in a secondary education or youth work setting is highly desirable.
Competitive Daily Rate: £88.92 - £95 per day.
Secondary Experience: A chance to gain meaningful experience in a Key Stage 3 and 4 environment.
Supportive Environment: Access to a collaborative department and regular guidance from the school's SENCO.
Impactful Work: The satisfaction of helping a young person overcome barriers to their future success.
