A dedicated educational institution in Newham is looking for a proficient Teaching Assistant with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis. The ideal candidate will have classroom presence, strong behavior management skills, and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
