A warm, nurturing specialist school in Bordon is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic staff to join its expanding team. The school supports children and young people aged 4–19 with a range of needs, including:

• Moderate to severe learning difficulties
• Complex needs
• Autism spectrum conditions
• Communication and interaction needs
• Sensory and physical needs

The school operates across primary and secondary sites, both designed with accessible learning spaces, sensory rooms, therapeutic provision, outdoor learning areas, and a highly collaborative staff culture.

1. Teaching Assistants

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Role Overview: You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide high-quality learning support. This includes adapting activities, supporting communication, promoting independence, and ensuring pupils feel safe, happy, and included.

What we’re looking for:

• A patient, calm, and caring approach
• Willingness to support pupils with personal care (where needed)
• Ability to follow behaviour and communication strategies
• Great teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Experience in SEND is helpful but not essential – full training provided

Pay: £130–£180 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time

You will create engaging, personalised learning that supports pupils' individual targets and holistic development. Collaboration with a strong team of TAs, therapists, and senior leaders is central to the role.
