Job Title - SEN 1:1 LSA

Prospero Teaching is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team, full time, ASAP START! The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team, and is providing training to all staff. Depending on performance the school may extend the contract or offer a permanent position.

Contract / Position Details
  • Location: West Drayton, UB7.
  • Type of work: LSA – 1:1 support with SEN individuals.
  • Position: Learning Support Assistant.
  • Contract start: ASAP START.
  • Duration / likely duration: Until end of the academic year July 2026 (possibly ongoing).
  • Contract end date (if applicable): July 2026.
  • Contract type: Temporary Contract.
  • Full time / part time: Full time.
  • Minimum rate of pay: Minimum rate £100 per day.
  • Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Mon – Fri (term time only).
Experience, Training and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 or 2 experience in the UK.
  • SEN experience working with children.
  • Up‑to‑date safeguarding training issued in the last year.
Eligibility
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child‑related references that cover at least the last two years.
