Job summary

A leading education organization in Birmingham is seeking a SEN Graduate Learning Mentor to provide support for pupils with additional needs. The role involves working closely with students who have Autism, ADHD, and EBD and requires a 2:2 degree or above in any subject. This position offers a daily rate of £95 - £110 and is based in a ‘Good’ primary school in Coleshill, with an immediate start until July 2026.

Qualifications

  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain.
  • Genuine interest in SEN, behavior, and pupil wellbeing.
  • Relevant experience in SEN support is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Structure tasks into simple steps using visual aids.
  • Document progress and collaborate with class teachers.
