Qualifications

  • Strong experience within SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision.
  • Excellent understanding of trauma-informed practice.
  • Proven ability to manage safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to staff and students daily.
  • Oversee safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
  • Teach SEN interventions approximately 3 days per week.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes.

Education

QTS or equivalent
