About the Role

Would you like to show buyers and tenants around properties? Or do you have an interest in property photography? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

In all instances, there will be a requirement to complete written feedback after an appointment, such as passing on the comments of a potential tenant for a property.

Flexibility: Work is on a self‑employed basis. Appointments are offered by email close to where you live, and you can choose whether to accept or decline them.

Payment: You will be paid per appointment. For example, a standard 30‑minute property viewing is typically paid at £19, with higher payments for longer or more complex appointments.

Local Work: Appointments are offered within the travel radius you select when signing up. We are especially keen to hear from people near Southport, but applications are welcome from across the UK.

Requirements

• Internet and Phone: Must have access to an internet connection and a phone.
• Travel Costs: You will need to cover travel costs for assignments that require travel.
• Equipment: Some appointments, such as professional photography, may require specific equipment, though most do not.

Important Information

This work is offered on a self‑employed basis. You will be responsible for paying your own taxes and National Insurance contributions. There is no guarantee of work, and you are not required to accept any work that is offered.

Virtually no upfront or periodic costs for joining as a Member.
