Overview

As a Business Management Associate in the Corporate and Investment Bank D&PS F&BM team, you will support Securities Services Operations by driving major initiatives and developing actionable business insights. You will work closely with senior leaders and partners across Finance, Business Management, and Data & Analytics to enable effective execution. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, high-impact environment where your ideas matter. Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to set strategy, objectives, and targets, and track outcomes.
  • Build and maintain operational metrics frameworks across SSOps teams.
  • Organize complex information using strong design acumen and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Support management team meetings, business reviews, leadership offsites, and site visits.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders across Finance, Controls, and Technology.
  • Support annual investment governance, including business case planning, approvals, and tracking.
  • Prepare communications for town halls, all hands calls, newsletters, and organization announcements.
  • Track mandatory training completion, access recertifications, and resiliency planning.
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
  • Identify business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment framework.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or business intelligence.
  • Significant experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present new ideas compellingly.
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within local and global teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments and changing priorities.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, autonomous, enthusiastic, and diligent approach.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx Suite, SQL, Python, R, and Prompt Engineering.
