A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Securitisation Lawyer to join its highly regarded Global Markets practice on a 6-month contract. This is a rare opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions at the heart of global capital markets, alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

The Role

We have partnered with this firm who are looking for a senior associate-level lawyer with recent private practice experience in securitisation. You will play a key role advising clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions and contribute to market-leading work.

What You’ll Work On
  • Advising on complex securitisations across RMBS, CMBS, auto loans, consumer credit (prime and non-performing)
  • Structuring and executing whole business securitisations, covered bonds, CLOs, and trade receivables
  • Supporting clients on both true sale and synthetic structures
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in debt capital markets, derivatives, and structured products
