Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company credit card usage for booking travel and expenses.
  • Organising travel within company policy, including flights, hotels, and trains.
  • Opening and distributing the post to all departments daily.
  • Taking/typing up minutes of meetings when required.
  • Processing CRM's for returned mail.
