Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 26,000 - 29,000 per annum

A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Lambeth is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their staff on a permanent basis from September 2025.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates aiming to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into a teaching career through routes such as PGCE or School Direct.

Responsibilities
  • Provide subject-specific support across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to raise attainment.
  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Work with students of all abilities, including those with SEN and EAL needs.
