Responsibilities:

• Providing knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all customers entering the store.

• Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.

• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.

• Driving sales to meet and exceed targets where possible.

• Using in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.

• Providing alternatives and suggestive selling at every opportunity.

• Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full product range is available on the shop floor.

• Ensuring products are correctly priced.

• Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.

• Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.

• Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.
