Overview

If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco March. You will be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

Weekly hours: 8 hours per week

Shift pattern: Saturday and Sunday

End date: 3rd January 2026

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Able to commit to the hours listed above.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling (moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shop floor).
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
