A local government body is seeking four seasonal Countryside Rangers in Glasgow to work on community projects that create and restore natural habitats. Responsibilities include site surveys, project planning, and collaboration with local volunteers. The roles last from October 2025 to March 2026 and require candidates to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
Four seasonal Countryside Rangers are sought to join Glasgow City Council’s Greenspace and Biodiversity Group. The roles involve working with local communities and volunteers to identify, plan and deliver projects that create, restore and manage natural habitats in our parks and open spaces across the city.
Responsibilities include site survey and assessment, developing projects and delivering them with local volunteers and community groups.
