Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Ark Alexandra Academy, Hastings, East Sussex
Salary: Ark Support Scale 5, Pay Points 5 - 12: 25,583- £28,598 (pro rata)
Actual starting salary: £22,569.92. Pay is spread evenly over 12 months.
Hours: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 1 extra week (40 weeks per year)
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dependable and conscientious person to join our technician team. As a Science Technician, the successful candidate will support our teachers in delivering high‑quality practical work and maintain excellent standards of health and safety in all areas of the department across both of our campuses.
Our standards are high, and we need someone who can be a team player and flexible when supporting other colleagues with the ability to be resilient, calm and professional under pressure.
