A community health organization in Telford is seeking a Registered Nurse for its School Nursing Team. This part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week and focuses on improving health outcomes for children and young people. Qualified candidates should have relevant nursing qualifications and experience in community health. The position includes travelling to schools and working collaboratively in a supportive environment.
Please note that this job does not meet the salary requirements for work visa sponsorship due to being part time and as such we will be unable to progress your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our School Nursing Team located in Telford. This post will be working all year round, 22.5 hours per week over 3 days, 09.00 - 17.00.

You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. As part of your role you will support children and young people with aspects of emotional and physical health to improve their health outcomes.
