O’READY is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to provide on-site psychological services at a federally funded school. You must have either a Master’s degree in School Psychology or a School Psychologist license from any U.S. state.

This position is on-site and located in Louisville, KY, with travel or relocation assistance available. It is open for the current school year, with the possibility of extension through summer or beyond. Responsibilities

School Psychologist will perform evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education and related services. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with school staff, parents, and community professionals to address behavioral, academic, and psychological concerns and implement interventions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of schoolwide prevention and intervention programs (e.g., conflict resolution, anti-bullying).
  • Providing individual and group counseling on topics such as academic success, social skills, and behavior management.
  • Administering and interpreting psychological assessments and providing recommendations for interventions.
  • Participating in professional development, and attending required meetings and school activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams and developing IEPs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals.
  • Legal to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
