Qualifications

  • Strong IT support background; experience in schools desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on IT support during scheduled and unscheduled site visits.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and manage network user accounts.
