Qualifications

  • Must have expertise in cooking for 100 - 1300 students.
  • Experience in a similar cooking environment is required.
  • Previous staff supervision experience needed.
  • Experience with fresh produce and ingredients is essential.
  • Must adhere to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage operations for the school's kitchen.
  • Manage costs related to catering operation.
  • Develop and mentor the kitchen team.
  • Create and develop menus.
  • Conduct audits to ensure standards are followed.
