A local primary school in Halesowen is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to oversee the operational and business functions. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, compliance, and HR while fostering excellent relationships with staff and the community. Ideal candidates will have experience in school management and display a commitment to children's potential, approaching work with integrity and enthusiasm. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary.

Salary Scale: Grade 8 SCP 24-27 (£32,715.17 – £35,957.28)
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours: 37 hours per week - Term Time plus 10 days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Business Manager. The children, governors and staff of our one‑form entry primary school seek to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed School Business Manager to manage the operation and business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.
The role requires a dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a school office either as an office manager and/or a school business manager.
We are looking for someone passionate about all children having the opportunity to reach their potential and ‘Live Life in all Its Fullness’. Someone who will have the highest expectations of themselves and others.
