Role Overview

As School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and governors, leading and managing key areas of the school's operations, including :

  • Financial planning, monitoring, and budget management.
  • HR and personnel administration.
  • Premises and facilities management.
  • Health & Safety compliance.
  • Procurement and contract negotiation.
  • Strategic planning and support for school improvement.

You will play a vital role in shaping the long‑term vision of the school, ensuring resources are used effectively to benefit all pupils.
