A leading IT recruitment firm is seeking an SC or Nato Secret Cleared IT Architect to design and automate platform workflows in London. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in technical architecture, strong API knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be willing to undergo clearance. Overview

Role: SC or Nato Secret Cleared IT Architect

Location: London

Length: 6 Months

Rate: Market Rate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing platform workflows and automations by identifying and resolving issues for seamless process execution
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions driving business process improvements and efficiency gains
• Design and build new workflows
• Configure custom views and configurations of the IT platform to meet specific business needs
• Implement and configure further platform parts for ticket and resolution management
• Assist in driving future integrations into the current tech stacks
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders, e.g. DX Digital Strategy Advisor, external implementation partners, business process owners, etc.
• Create, review and analyse data/project plan and communicate status updates

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as Technical Architect with experience in workflow automation and configuration
• Strong understanding of APIs
• Minimum of 2 years of experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes and principles
• Very strong organizational skills and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills

• Work experience in innovation accelerators or incubators
• Work experience in SaaS or high growth tech environments

Please note candidates must hold or be willing undergo either Nato Secret or SC Clearance.

This role has been determined as falling outside IR35.
