We are seeking a skilled SAP Automation Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in Tricentis Tosca and deep experience automating tests across SAP applications. The ideal candidate will lead the end‑to‑end automation strategy, guide a team of automation engineers, and deliver scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA programs. Experience participating in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall SAP automation strategy, framework design, and implementation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated tests using Tricentis Tosca for SAP modules.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to identify automation opportunities across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Support automation for S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, or migration initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide automation engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes.
  • Ensure robust test coverage, reusable assets, and efficient execution of regression suites.
  • Provide reporting, metrics, and insights to stakeholders on automation progress and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in automation testing
  • Expert‑level experience with Tricentis Tosca (modules, test case design, API testing, TDM/TDS).
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
  • Experience with tools such as Worksoft Certify, SAP CBTA, Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or Postman.
  • Strong CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Agile experience
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Superb analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of other European languages would be nice to have.
