Job summary

Role Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist will configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors modules for a major HRIS transformation programme. This role is hands‑on and responsible for delivering high‑quality configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and/or Payroll, depending on expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed configuration of SuccessFactors modules (EC required; Recruiting/Onboarding/ECP desirable)
  • Build business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, templates, and forms
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (T&A, payroll, background checks, finance)
  • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to gather requirements NÃO translate them Antwort? into fo? aspects? Actually: engage with them to collect requirements and transform them into functional designs
  • SEX conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, and ensure quality deployment
  • Support data migration activities and validation
