Are you ready to lead a high‑performing team delivering accurate and timely sampling services across Anglian Water? As Sampling Manager (Projects) you will oversee a team of Samplers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality management systems. You will play a key role in managing training, development, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business priorities.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for balancing service delivery, cost, and quality, while supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining compliance with ISO standards. Your contributions will help ensure the health and safety of our communities and the environment through effective sampling operations.
