A recruitment organization specialized in SAP is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a CRM transformation programme for a national energy infrastructure organization in the UK. The successful candidate will lead workshops to capture requirements, document processes, and produce essential project documentation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, agile methodologies, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence are highly important. This position is hybrid, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.

Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme for a UK‑based national energy infrastructure organisation. This project is modernising CRM processes and implementing new automated capabilities on the Salesforce platform to enable improved customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision making. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse, document, and optimise CRM processes and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
