Adecco Worcester are currently supporting a dynamic, growing business in their search for a Sales Support Administrator. Our client is a fantastic company who are operating globally with an exciting expansion program ahead. You will provide high-level administrative and customer support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on strategic activities and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding to routine enquiries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise internal and external meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and information are available for meetings.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to follow up on quotations and account updates.
  • Compile sales data and prepare reports for the sales team.
  • Support the sales pipeline and confidently promote products and services.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key customers through regular follow-ups.
