A leading manufacturer in climate control systems located in Ipswich is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to be the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves administrative support, managing orders, and ensuring high-quality communication. Candidates should have experience in sales administration and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers worldwide, providing high‑quality service and administrative support. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and accurate management of orders, quotations and customer records. Working hours for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 07:30‑16:45; Friday 07:30‑12:30.
You have previous experience in a sales administration role and are highly organised, with excellent planning and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with ERP systems is desirable, and prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is advantageous. You should be customer‑focused, proactive and able to work effectively in a busy team environment.
