We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support who will be responsible for handling client requests, assisting with lead generation, and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Source and identify new sales leads through online research, industry databases, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and scheduling and attending meetings
  • Support the development and execution of sales campaigns to attract new business opportunities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain sales documentation, reports, and records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
