A leading IoT connectivity firm is seeking a Salesforce Superuser to support Global Sales & Marketing. This role involves maintaining the Salesforce CRM, creating reports, and serving as the first point of contact for support issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Salesforce experience, be detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid working approach, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work.

Join The Wireless Logic Adventure:
Primarily supporting the Global Sales & Marketing and associated functions in maintaining and updating the Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. Building reports and dashboards to support projects and act as the primary contact for support issues via Zendesk. The successful candidate will work with the Sales teams and administer the CRM tools, ensure Salesforce hygiene as well as providing business reporting and analysis.
